Exhibitors Information

Location/Time:

·        South park area at the bottom of Main Street.

·        Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-4

Booth Space:

·        No equipment or materials provided: Bring your own canopies, tables, chairs, etc. Be prepared for Idaho’s changeable weather.

·        No electricity provided.

·        Spaces are 10’X10’

Set Up and Removal:

·        Exhibitors may set up Friday, May 25th from 5 to 8pm or Saturday morning between 7am and 9pm. All Exhibitors will be set up by 10am.

·        Exhibitors may not take down before 4pm on Sunday.

Security:

·        Each Artist is responsible for their artwork both during fest hours  before or after. There will be night security Friday, the Challis Arts Council is not responsible for theft or damage to goods or equipment. Leave only what you are comfortable leaving over night.

Sales Tax:

·        Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting 6% Idaho sales tax on each sale. Out of state exhibitors will be provided a form for temporary sellers permit. These will be collected on Sunday, please have them ready.

Payment

·        Booth fees $60.00 for a 10’x10’

·        More than one artist per booth fees $35.00 per artist.

Jury Photo/Slides:

·        Send 3 photo/slides of your work and 1 of your booth setup.

·        Include a SAE for return of photo/slides.

·        By sending these images it is understood that you give LAF permission to use it in show publicity.
